摘要
以工业硅生产企业作为研究对象,阐述几种常见的矿热炉废气脱硫脱硝治理技术,并进行工艺技术的比对分析。分析了矿热炉烟气特征,决定采用钠基干法脱硫(sorbent decontamination system,SDS)+小苏打完成二氧化硫的脱除方法,通过低温选择性催化还原(selective catalytic reduction,SCR)+NH_(3)(氨气)还原剂实现氮氧化物的脱除。研究发现,该方法能够保证外排废气中的污染物浓度满足工业硅生产大气污染排放标准中的相关规定,具有一定的推广价值。
Taking industrial silicon production enterprises as the research object,this paper elaborates on several common desulfurization and denitrification treatment technologies for waste gas from mineral thermal furnaces,and compares and analyzes the process technologies.After combining the characteristics of mineral thermal furnace flue gas,it is decided to use sodium based dry desulfurization(SDS)+baking soda to remove sulfur dioxide,and to achieve nitrogen oxide removal through low-temperature selective catalytic reduction(SCR)+NH_(3)(ammonia)reducing agent.Finally,it is found that this method can ensure that the concentration of pollutants in the exhaust gas meets the relevant regulations in the atmospheric pollution emission standards for industrial silicon production,and has certain promotion value.
