风力发电机塔筒、机舱吊装技术研究

摘要 随着全球对清洁能源的需求不断增长,风力发电作为一种可再生、绿色的能源形式得到了迅速发展。风力发电机的塔筒、机舱吊装是风力发电项目中的关键环节,其吊装作业更是具有高难度、高风险的特点。为提高吊装效率,精准把控吊装质量和风险,对风力发电机塔筒、机舱吊装流程及关键工序进行梳理,包括技术难点、吊装准备、吊装工序、技术要求等方面。实践证明,只有在科学合理的施工方案的指导下,严格落实各项技术保障和质量控制措施,才能确保风力发电机吊装作业的顺利进行。 With the increasing global demand for clean energy,wind power generation,as a renewable and green form of energy,has developed rapidly.The hoisting of the tower and engine room of wind turbines is a key link in wind power projects,and its hoisting operation is characterized by high difficulty and high risk.To improve lifting efficiency,accurately control lifting quality and risks,the lifting process and key procedures of wind turbine tower and engine room are sorted out,including technical difficulties,lifting preparation,lifting procedures,technical requirements,etc.Practice has proven that only under the guidance of scientific and reasonable construction plans,and strict implementation of various technical guarantees and quality control measures,can the smooth operation of wind turbine hoisting be ensured.
