摘要
城市群是新型城镇化的主要阵地,城市群的城镇化-生态环境-服务业协调发展对区域可持续发展至关重要。论文以滇中城市群为研究对象,分别运用遥感影像数据和社会统计数据对其城镇化水平、生态环境质量以及服务业发展水平进行评估,明晰三者协调发展的时空演化特征。研究发现:昆明市在滇中城市群中城镇化速度最快、水平最高,但与发达地区城市相比差距仍然较大;2000-2020年滇中城市群生态环境质量整体向好,但出现了优和差级别面积占比同时增多的情况;受服务业发展滞后影响,滇中城市群的城镇化-生态环境-服务业协调发展仍处于过渡发展阶段。建议在昆明快速城镇化的示范效应下,大力推进曲靖、玉溪、楚雄城镇化进程,并根据各州市协调状况采取差异化发展措施。
Urban agglomerations serve as the primary battleground for the New Urbanization,and the coordinated development of urbanization,ecological environment,and the service industry within these agglomerations is crucial for regional sustainability.This study focuses on the Central Yunnan Urban Agglomeration,utilizing remote sensing image data and social statistical data to assess its urbanization level,ecological environment quality,and service industry development level,the objective is to elucidate the spatiotemporal evolution of the coordinated development among the three aspects.The findings reveal that Kunming City exhibits the fastest and highest urbanization level within the Central Yunnan Urban Agglomeration,but a significant disparity remains when compared with more developed regions.While the ecological environment quality in the Central Yunnan Urban Agglomeration generally improved between 2000 and 2020,but there was an increase in the percentage of both high and low-quality areas.Impacted by the lagging development of the service industry,the coordinated development of urbanization,ecological environment,and the service industry in the Central Yunnan Urban Agglomeration is still in a transitional stage.It is recommended to vigorously promote the urbanization processes in Qujing,Yuxi,and Chuxiong under the demonstrative effect of rapid urbanization in Kunming,additionally,differentiated development measures should be implemented based on the coordination status of each city.
