大模型助力高等教育数字化转型与拔尖创新人才培养——北京邮电大学的探索与实践

摘要 随着AI大模型等数字技术的不断进步,我国的教育数字化转型战略也不断向更高层次推进。如何实现产学研用协同的模式创新,构建教育领域大模型,推动高校数字化转型与拔尖创新人才培养成为一个重要课题。以大模型赋能北京邮电大学数字化转型“数字北邮”的实践为核心,介绍北京邮电大学与科大讯飞股份有限公司的产教融合、科教融汇情况,推动教育教学数字化转型的探索与实践,以及大模型在教育教学、人才培养、科研创新、师生服务等领域的应用场景探索;提出高等教育需要培养具备创造力的“AI+教育”拔尖创新人才,教学模式需要以学生为中心培养领域交叉融合人才,教师角色向“人机协同”转变,关注以思考和创造为核心的数字素养培养;北邮教育数字化转型的主要实践,包括以智慧教室、教学云平台为基础演进到建设大模型赋能的个性化自适应学习平台;以产教融合、大学生创新创业为机制,在国内率先开展大模型赋能的代码编程教学实践、构建大模型融合知识图谱的自适应个性化学习平台;积极布局教育大模型国内国际标准化工作、与领域头部企业共商共建产学研协同联合实验室,等等。北京邮电大学积极探索数字化转型的产学研协同新机制,以教育大模型为核心,推动数字化转型与人才培养,可以为高校的数字化转型提供典型经验。 With the continuous advancement of digital technologies such as cognitive big models,China’s educational digital transformation strategy is also constantly advancing to higher levels.How to achieve a model innovation that synergizes government,industry,academia,research,and application,construct a large model in the field of education,and promote the digital transformation of universities and top innovative talent cultivation has become an urgent issue.This paper takes the practice of“Digital Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications”digital transformation as the core,introduces the exploration and practice of the integration of industry and education,science and education,and promoting the digital transformation of education and teaching at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and iFlytek Co.,Ltd.,explores the application scenarios of large models in education and teaching,talent cultivation,scientific research innovation,teacher-student services,etc.It proposes that higher education needs to cultivate“AI+Education”top innovative talents with creativity,the teaching model needs to be student-centered,cross-disciplinary talents should be cultivated,the role of teachers should change to“human-machine collaboration”,focusing on digital literacy centered on thinking and creation;The main practices of the digital transformation of education at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications include evolving from smart classrooms and teaching cloud platforms to building AI-empowered personalized intelligent learning platforms;Using industry-education integration and college student entrepreneurship as a mechanism to build the country’s first large model empowered coding programming teaching platform;Constructing new courses and adaptive learning platforms for electronic information classes with knowledge graphs as the core,constructing knowledge service and digital textbook platforms with large models,digital humans,and knowledge graphs as the core,layout domestic and international standardization work for educational large models,and co-constructing industry-academia-research collaborative laboratories with leading enterprises in the field.The article believes that Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications has effectively explored a new mechanism for industry-academia-research collaboration in digital transformation,taking the educational large model as the core,promoting digital transformation and talent cultivation can provide typical experience for the digital transformation of universities.
