中国经济由高速增长转向高质量发展的同时,也对财务行业的发展提出了新要求。而互联网行业的发展,为行政事业单位内部控制的高质量发展提供了外部条件。以某行政单位S局为例,分析其财务内部控制存在的问题,以“互联网+”为技术手段,借助建立的财务内部控制结构模型,提升行政事业单位内部控制的管理水平、提高财务数据质量、优化控制流程、降低财务风险,为行政事业单位财务管理工作的高质量发展提供借鉴与遵循。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly states that the primary task of China's current construction is high-quality development,achieving high-quality development is the essential requirement of Chinese modernization.As China's economy shifts from high-speed growth to high-quality development,it also puts forward new requirements for the development of the financial industry.With the development of the Internet industry,it provides external conditions for the high-quality development of internal control of administrative institutions.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the financial internal control of administrative institutions at present,uses the"Internet+"as the technical means,and with the help of the established financial internal control structure model,to improve the management level of the internal control of administrative institutions,improve the quality of financial data,optimize the control process,reduce financial risks,and provide reference and guidance for the high-quality development of the financial management of administrative institutions.
