再论能源互联网:形态、使命与路径

摘要 近年来世界各国关于能源互联网的研究与实践不断深入,业界对能源互联网的认识与理解逐渐明晰,然而在能源互联网的规模化推广建设过程中也遇到了新的发展瓶颈。该文从能源互联网发展态势入手,阐述了能源互联网演进过程中不断丰富的内涵,分析了能源互联网“四流合一”的技术形态,以及不同规模的物理形态。在此基础之上,对能源互联网的使命进行了梳理。同时,针对当前能源互联网建设中存在的壁垒与挑战,提出“自治+协同”的多级能源互联网架构和建设模式,并介绍了山西和浙江的探索实践。期望所提出的能源互联网建设思路,能为规模化能源互联网建设提供借鉴参考,进一步助力能源互联网产学研蓬勃发展,系统地支撑我国能源革命和“双碳”目标安全可控达成。 With the deepening of research and practice related to energy internet in countries around the world,the understanding of energy internet has gradually become clear.However,in the process of large-scale construction and promotion of energy internet,new development bottlenecks have also been encountered.Starting from the development situation of energy internet,this article elaborates on the constantly enriched connotation in the evolution process of energy internet,and analyzes its“four-flow”integration technical formation and the physical formation of different scales.On this basis,this article delves into and outlines the mission of the Energy Internet.At the same time,in view of the barriers and challenges existing in the current energy internet construction,this article proposes a multi-level energy internet architecture of“autonomy+collaboration”and a construction model,and introduces the exploration and practice of Shanxi Zhejiang provinces.It is expected that the proposed energy internet construction ideas can provide reference proposals for large-scale energy internet construction,further promote the vigorous development of energy internet industry,education,and research,and systematically support China's energy revolution and the safe and controllable achievement of the“dual carbon”goal.
