3D打印天然高分子材料在医学领域的应用进展

摘要 近年来,3D打印技术由于在生物医药的个性化定制及成型精度高等独特优势,已逐渐成为医学领域研究人员广泛使用的前沿新技术.来自中药和食品的天然高分子材料因具有优异的生物相容性、环境友好型、可降解性、免疫活性及对环境无污染等优势,而被广泛运用于3D打印.然而,缺失可个性化定制和良好机械性能的材料是限制3D打印在产品制造中广泛应用的阻碍,3D打印天然高分子材料在医学领域具有巨大的前景,但相关总结综述较少.为此,介绍了近年来国内外3D打印天然高分子材料(生物墨水)的分类,重点分析了所使用的3D打印技术特点、生物活性,以及在医学领域的应用前景和现有研究的不足,为天然高分子材料作为3D打印生物墨水的研究和应用提供了新思路. Recently,researchers in the medical field have increasingly turned to 3D printing technology due to its unique advantages of personalization and high molding accuracy.Natural polymer materials derived from plants and animals are widely used for 3D printing because of their good biocompatibility,high environmental sensitivity,biodegradability,immunoreactivity,and non-pollution to the environment.However,a major obstacle limiting the widespread application of 3D printing in product manufacturing is caused by the lack of materials with personalized customization and good mechanical properties.There are few relevant summary reviews available on the development of polymer materials for 3D printing technology and their promising applications in the medical field.Thus,this review introduces the recent classifications of natural polymer materials(bio-inks)for 3D printing,highlighting the characteristics of the 3D printing technology used,its bioactivity and application prospects in the medical field as well as the shortcomings of the existing studies.This review provides new ideas for the research and application of natural polymer materials as 3D printing bio-inks.
