一起典型的雨污分流改造诱发的排污事故研究

Research on a Typical Discharge Accident Caused by Rain and Sewage Diversion Reform

某地突发一起雨水干管排污事故,调查后,发现事故雨污管道在设计、施工与运行维护等方面均存在缺陷,并因雨污分流改造工作诱发本次事故.对雨污互渗管段的日常状态及危害进行了分析,并从设计、施工和运维角度提出雨污互渗防范措施.同时,对本次事故管段采取雨水干管改道迁建与污水干管非开挖修复等措施,彻底阻断渗漏通道.经过2年运行,修复后的雨污管网工况良好.

A rainwater pipe sewage accident suddenly occurred in a certain place.After the investigation,it was found that the sewage pipeline in the accident had defects in design,construction,operation and maintenance,etc.,and during the renovation of rain and sewage diversion,the defects broke out,leading to the accident.This article analyzes the daily status and hazards of rain-sewage inter-seepage pipe sections,and puts forward five preventive measures for rain-sewage inter-seepage from the perspectives of design,construction,and operation and maintenance.At the same time,for the pipeline section of this accident,measures such as diverting the main rainwater pipe to build new ones,and repairing the main sewage pipe without excavation,were both taken to completely block the leakage channel.After 2 years of operation,the repaired rain and sewage pipe network is in good condition.
