带式焙烧球团工艺和设备的进步

Progress of Straight-grate Induration Pellet Process and Equipment

通过对比烧结和球团、以及两种球团制备工艺,分析了带式焙烧球团在我国取得快速发展的原因。论述了现有的带式焙烧球团工艺流程及发展方向,并分别给出了目前工艺风系统、低热值燃气焙烧、热工系统的研究进展。介绍了带式焙烧球团生产线的成套设备及主要技术特点,提出了带式球团设备的发展方向,开发了节能型圆筒干燥机扬料板提高干燥效率、大空隙率带式焙烧机台车改善系统透气性、齿廓插板镶嵌式带式焙烧机齿板结构解决齿板更换难题。

By comparing sintering and pelletizing,and two pelletizing processes,this paper analyzes the reasons for the rapid development of straight-grate induration pelletizing in China.The existing process flow and development direction of straight-grate induration pelletizing are discussed,and the research progress of process air system,low calorific value gas roasting and thermal system is given respectively.The complete set of equipment,main technical characteristics and development direction of straight-grate induration pelletizing production line are introduced,and energy-saving cylinder dryer lfting blade,large porosity induration machine pellet car,tooth profile insert plate inlaid type tooth plate are developed.
