摘要
The inuence of the electronic environment on nuclear decay has been proposed for long time^([1]).The lifetime of some excited states of nucleus may change due to the inuence of electron wave function.A typical example is a 20%reduction in the half-life of an isomer of^(57)Fe a ected by the charge state^([2]).By blocking the internal conversion channels,lifetimes of excited states in highly-charged nuclei can be prolonged.
