中国特色社会主义进入新时代,公民道德治理现代化已经成为中国式现代化在道德领域的具体体现和社会治理的重要内容。新时代公民道德建设需要因应美好生活新需要和道德治理新常态,深刻检视公民道德品质构成要素的新语境,全面梳理公民道德治理中国方案的新逻辑,以“美好生活”的认知语境阐释“时代新人”的思想逻辑,以“人民至上”的情感语境彰显“国家在场”的政治逻辑,以“制度优势”的意志语境拓展“治理效能”的理论逻辑,以“道德赋能”的行动语境厚植“有效治理”的实践逻辑,通过“道德实践的语境创新”与“道德治理的赋能逻辑”之间的双向互动,推动公民道德治理现代化。

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the modernization of citizens'moral governance has become the concrete embodiment of Chinese modernization in the field of morality and an important content of social governance.The construction of citizens'morality in the new era needs to meet the new needs of a better life and the new normal of moral governance,deeply examine the new context of the elements of civic moral quality,comprehensively review the new logic of China's plan for civic moral governance,explain the ideological logic of“new people”in the cognitive context of“good life”,highlight the political logic of“state present”in the emotional context of“people first”,expand the theoretical logic of“governance efficiency”with the will context of“institutional advantage”,and strengthen the practical logic of“effective governance”with the action context of“moral empowerment”.Through the two-way interaction between“context innovation of moral practice”and“enabling logic of moral governance”,the modernization of civic moral governance is promoted.
