基于耗散结构理论的本土化专业学习共同体实践重构

摘要 在当前教育改革中,专业学习共同体作为促进教师专业发展和提升教育质量的重要载体,扮演着至关重要的角色。教研组作为我国本土化实践中的专业学习共同体,在运行和发展中面临着价值导向功利化、教研活动形式化、教研内容浅表化、教研组织行政化等问题,严重制约了其效能的发挥。本文以耗散结构理论为基础,将专业学习共同体视作远离平衡态的开放复杂系统,以重构本土化专业学习共同体的实践,涵盖系统开放性、远离平衡态、非线性相互作用和有效涨落等关键特征,并提出重构本土化专业学习共同体的实践路径。建议通过搭建互通互联的协同网络,促进系统与外部环境的物质、能量和信息交换;以构建共创共享的创新体系,打破固有模式,激活创新动力;以优化随评随思的反思方式,建立动态反馈机制;以创生即识即传的放大模式,识别有效波动以促进系统变革等策略出发,全方位探索构建契合新时代教育发展需求的教师协作学习实践模式。 Professional learning communities play a crucial role in the current education reform as an important carrier for promoting teachers'professional development and improving the quality of education.As a professional learning community in China's localized practice,the Teaching and Research Group,in its operation and development,faces the problems of utilitarian value orientation,formalization of teaching and research activities,superficialization of teaching and research content,and administrative organization of teaching and research,which seriously restrict the performance of its efficacy.Based on the theory of dissipative structure,the professional learning community is regarded as an open and complex system far from the equilibrium state,in order to reconstruct the practice of localized professional learning community,covering the key features of system openness,far from the equilibrium state,nonlinear interactions,and effective ups and downs,and proposing the practical path of reconstructing the localized professional learning community.It is suggested that by building an interconnected collaborative network to promote the exchange of material,energy and information between the system and the external environment;by constructing a co-creative and sharing innovation system to break the inherent pattern and activate the innovation power;by optimizing the reflection mode of evaluating and thinking along with the assessment,a dynamic feedback mechanism is established;and by creating an amplification mode of knowing and transmitting to recognize effective fluctuations to promote the system change.We will start from the strategy of exploring all-round ways of constructing a collaborative learning practice for teachers to meet the needs of education development of the new era.We are exploring all aspects of building a collaborative learning practice model for teachers that meets the needs of education development in the new era.
