数字经济促进了技术寻求型OFDI的逆向绿色技术溢出吗

Does the Digital Economy Promote the Reverse GreenTechnology Spillover from the Technology-seeking OFDI?

依据2003—2020年中国省际面板数据,考量数字经济下中国技术寻求型OFDI的逆向绿色技术溢出效应。结果显示:OFDI显著提升国内绿色技术创新水平,且区域异质性特征明显。门槛效应分析显示,OFDI逆向绿色技术溢出存在显著的“数字经济”双重门槛效应,且在门槛条件下呈现显著正向且阶梯递增的非线性规律。拓展性分析表明,OFDI逆向绿色技术溢出存在负向空间外溢效应,且数字经济加速了OFDI在省域内的逆向绿色技术溢出,并通过“虹吸效应”强化了OFDI省际逆向绿色技术溢出的负向空间效应。鉴于此,应持续优化OFDI区域分布、促进数字经济在“双碳”领域的应用、缩小省际数字鸿沟,充分挖掘中国绿色技术创新的新动能。

Based on the inter-provincial panel data from 2003 to 2020,this paper introduces the digital economy variables and considers the reverse green technology spillover effect of China’s technology-seeking OFDI.The results show that OFDI significantly improves the level of domestic green technology innovation,and has obvious regional heterogeneity.Threshold effect analysis shows that there is a significant double threshold effect of“digital economy”in the spillover of OFDI reverse green technology,and it presents a significant positive and step-increasing nonlinear law under the threshold condition.The expansion analysis shows that there is a negative spatial spillover effect of OFDI reverse green technology spillover,and the digital economy accelerates the reverse green technology spillover of OFDI within the province,but strengthens the negative spatial effect of OFDI inter-provincial reverse green technology spillover through the“siphon effect”.In view of this,it is necessary to continue to optimize the OFDI location,promote the application of digital economy in the field of“dual carbon”,narrow the inter-provincial digital divide,and fully tap the new momentum of China’s green technology innovation.
