摘要
建设心血管急危重症诊疗系统,能够提升危重症心血管疾病的救治能力,优化医疗资源配置和使用效率,加快提升基层医疗卫生服务能力,推动分级诊疗制度落地,缓解患者“看病难、看病远”问题,更好地满足人民群众的健康需求。基于5G+远程会诊的心血管急危重症诊疗系统使用OCR光学字符识别技术和蓝牙技术,通过5G网络实时采集、动态监测患者生命体征数据,并将检测数据实时传输到中心医院医生手机里。通过建设心血管急危重症诊疗系统服务于区域医联体医疗机构之间,推动分级诊疗制度及措施落地,促进分级诊疗机制良好运转。基于远程会诊的心血管急危重症诊疗系统通过快速建立患者档案,与生命体征监护仪连接,实时传输生命体征监测数据,帮助基层医护人员全面评价患者的健康状态,提前做好术前准备,提升主动脉夹层患者的救治率,同时实现急危重症患者的诊疗闭环管理。
The construction of a cardiovascular emergency diagnosis and treatment system can enhance the ability to treat critically ill cardiovascular diseases,optimize the allocation and utilization efficiency of medical resources,accelerate the improvement of grassroots medical and health service capabilities,promote the implementation of a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system,alleviate the problem of"difficult access to medical care and distant treatment"for patients,and better meet the health needs of the people.The cardiovascular emergency diagnosis and treatment system based on 5G+remote consultation uses OCR optical character recognition technology and Bluetooth technology to collect and dynamically monitor patient vital sign data in real-time through 5G network,and transmit the detection data to the doctors'mobile phones in the central hospital in real time.By establishing a cardiovascular emergency diagnosis and treatment system to serve among regional medical consortia,we aim to promote the implementation of a tiered diagnosis and treatment system and measures,and facilitate the smooth transition of tiered diagnosis and treatment.The cardiovascular emergency diagnosis and treatment system based on remote consultation quickly establishes patient files,connects with vital sign monitors,and transmits real-time vital sign monitoring data to help grassroots medical staff comprehensively evaluate the patient's health status,prepare for surgery in advance,improve the treatment rate of patients with aortic dissection,and achieve closed-loop management of diagnosis and treatment for critically ill patients.
