基于AHP-模糊综合评价的医疗建筑方案设计质量评价研究

摘要 参考英国医疗建筑质量评价体系,结合中国医疗建筑发展的实际特点,将通过文献研究法和专家访谈法得出的中国医疗建筑设计质量影响因素进行筛选,分为创新与方案特色、建筑设计品质、景观与环境影响3个一级指标,14个二级影响指标,通过AHP模糊综合评价方法构建中国建医疗建筑方案设计质量评价模型。用上述模型对九州二级综合医院的设计质量进行评价,得到该项目设计质量为优。该结论与使用单位给出的评价基本一致,印证了该评价体系的有效性。 Referring to the British medical building quality evaluation system and the actual characteristics of the development of medical building in China,the quality influencing factors of medical building scheme design are selected,and the quality evaluation model of medical building scheme design in China is constructed through AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The above model was used to evaluate the design quality management of a hospital,and the design quality of the project is excellent.The conclusion is basically consistent with the evaluation given by the user unit,which confirms the effectiveness of the evaluation system.
