摘要
SMW工法1976年首创于日本,1994年上海市静安寺环球商场的基坑工程是中国首例该工法应用。其具有造价低、对邻近土体扰动小、施工速度快等特点,适用于黏性土、粉土、砂性土等土质的基坑支护。论文基于某施工实例,对SMW工法中易出现的H型钢定位、水泥搅拌桩冷缝处理问题及如何提高质量进行探讨,并给出相关解决措施,为类似工程施工提供经验。论文基于上海市某工程实际案例,通过对该工程实际施工中遇到的H型钢定位插入和水泥搅拌桩冷缝处理问题进行详细阐述分析,并对如何提高SMW工法桩的质量给出相关做法和建议。上述问题作为实际施工中遇到的问题,论文给出了实际解决方案,为其他相类似情况提供参考案例。
The SMW construction method was pioneered in Japan in 1976,and in 1994,the foundation pit project of Shanghai Jing’an Temple Global Shopping Mall was the first application of this construction method in China.It has the characteristics of low cost,small disturbance to the adjacent soil and fast construction speed,and is suitable for the foundation pit support of clay soil,silt soil and sandy soil.Based on a construction example,this paper discusses the positioning of H-type steel,cold joint treatment of cement mixing pile in SMW method and how to improve the quality,and gives relevant solutions to provide experience for similar engineering construction.This paper is based on a practical case of a project in Shanghai,and provides a detailed analysis of the problems encountered in the actual construction of H-shaped steel positioning insertion and cold joint treatment of cement mixing piles,it also provides relevant practices and suggestions on how to improve the quality of SMW construction piles.The above problems,as encountered in actual construction,are presented in this paper as practical solutions,providing reference cases for other similar situations.
