Effective Strategies for Construction Project Management and Construction Quality Control

随着城市化进程的加快,房屋建筑工程的数量和质量成为衡量一个城市发展水平的重要指标。当前,如何提高房屋建筑工程的管理效率和施工质量,是业界亟待解决的问题。本研究以房屋建筑工程管理为切入点,系统分析了目前存在的工程管理难题及其影响施工质量的因素,并提出相应的改善措施。其中,对施工人员技能进行有效提升、采取科学的施工工艺,严格实施质量管理制度,强化工程监理等方面起到重要的作用。此外,从立项到验收各个环节的制度完善也是保证施工质量的关键。研究成果为提高房屋建筑工程的管理效率和施工质量提供了参考性的解决方案,对于推动中国建筑工程管理的现代化有着积极的推动作用。

With the acceleration of urbanization,the quantity and quality of housing construction projects have become important indicators for measuring the level of urban development.Currently,how to improve the management efficiency and construction quality of housing construction projects is an urgent problem to be solved in the industry.This study takes the management of housing construction projects as the starting point,systematically analyzes the current difficulties in engineering management and the factors that affect construction quality,and proposes corresponding improvement measures.Among them,effectively improving the skills of construction personnel,adopting scientific construction techniques,strictly implementing quality management systems,and strengthening engineering supervision play an important role.In addition,the improvement of the system from project initiation to acceptance is also the key to ensuring construction quality.The research results provide reference solutions for improving the management efficiency and construction quality of housing construction projects,and have a positive impact on promoting the modernization of construction project management in China.
