浅析建筑施工管理中存在的问题与解决对策

在近几十年,中国建筑行业整体发展速度较快,尤其是随着城市化进程加速推进,作为国民经济发展的重要支柱,建筑行业获得了显著的发展成效。但是,由于近几年各方面因素影响,尤其是疫情冲击较大,建筑行业也深受影响,竞争态势极其激烈。在该情形下,建筑施工管理方面的问题也逐渐显现,若不及时解决施工管理的问题,建筑施工质量大打折扣,影响建筑行业发展,也不利于国民经济前进。基于此,论文首先分析建筑施工管理的必要性,然后结合当下的社会背景探究中国建筑施工管理中存在的问题,最后分析解决问题的具体对策,希望相关企业和工作人员能从中获得启发,也为中国建筑行业发展贡献自己的绵薄之力。

In recent decades,China’s construction industry as a whole develops faster,especially with the acceleration of urbanization process,as the important pillar of national economic development,the construction industry has obtained remarkable development results.However,due to the influence of various factors in recent years,especially the impact of the epidemic,the construction industry has also been deeply affected,and the competition is extremely fierce.In this case,the problems of construction management have gradually emerged,if the problems of construction management are not solved in time,the quality of construction will be greatly reduced,affecting the development of the construction industry,and is not conducive to the progress of the national economy.Based on this,this paper first analyzes the necessity of construction management,and then combined with the current social background to explore the existing problems in China’s construction management,and finally analyzes the specific countermeasures to solve the problem,hoping that relevant enterprises and staff can get inspiration,but also contribute to the development of China's construction industry.
