随着城市化建设的成熟,对于水务公司而言,对水务运行管理及公共服务能力的要求迎来新的挑战,信息化的发展迎来新的契机,信息化建设是水务公司的必然选择。近年来,在各地政府相关主管部门的倡导下,各地水司统筹谋划信息化建设,积极推动重大工程建设,实现了水务信息化建设的跨越式发展。但因各种原因造成的发展不平衡,导致了部分地区存在设施建成后未能全部、有效地发挥其应有的作用,这种现状引起业内广泛关注,亟待解决。

With the maturity of urbanization construction,for water companies,the requirements for water operation management and public service ability ushered in new challenges,the development of information ushered in a new opportunity,information construction is the inevitable choice of water companies.In recent years,under the advocacy of the relevant competent departments of local governments,the local water departments have planned the information construction,actively promoted the construction of major projects,and realized the leap-forward development of water information construction.However,due to the unbalanced development caused by various reasons,the existing facilities in some areas fail to play their due role effectively after the completion of the construction.This situation has attracted wide attention in the industry and needs to be solved urgently.
