摘要
本研究采用盐酸胍变性法成功制备了纳米尺度的淀粉样纤维,并深入探究了其在处理二甲酚橙等典型工业染料废水中的吸附特性。实验结果显示,淀粉样纤维的尺寸约为50~70 nm,直径为20 nm。在溶液pH值的影响下,淀粉样纤维对二甲酚橙的吸附表现出快速的动力特性,最优pH值范围为3~4,吸附平衡过程仅需20 min即可完成。等温吸附实验表明,淀粉样纤维对二甲酚橙表现出卓越的吸附性能,吸附容量可达783 mg/g。这一研究为利用淀粉样纤维处理染料废水提供了一种高效、快速的新方法,具有潜在的工业应用前景。
this study successfully employed the hydrochloric acid guanidine denaturation method to prepare nano-sized starch-like fibers and extensively investigated their adsorption characteristics in treating wastewater containing typical industrial dyes such as Xylenol Orange.The experimental results revealed that the starch-like fibers had dimensions of approximately 50~70 nm in length and 20 nm in diameter.Under the influence of solution pH,the fibers exhibited a rapid adsorption kinetic profile with an optimum pH range of 3~4.The adsorption equilibrium process was achieved within a short duration of 20 minutes.Isothermal adsorption studies demonstrated exceptional adsorption performance of the fibers towards Xylenol Orange,with a maximum adsorption capacity reaching 783 mg/g.This research provides a novel and efficient method for utilizing starch-like fibers in the treatment of dye wastewater,showcasing potential industrial applications for this approach.
