摘要
低碳烯烃是现代石油和煤炭产业的重要基石,已在各行各业得到广泛应用。为降低对国外石油的依赖,基于煤炭路线的甲醇制烯烃(MTO)工艺得到国家和企业的大力支持。经过几十年的不断研究,科研人员已经发现催化剂和反应工艺条件是影响甲醇制烯烃产品选择性、装置生产能力的重要因素。本文结合团队的研究进展和近年甲醇制烯烃领域研究成果,详细论述了工艺条件(反应温度、压力等)在甲醇制烯烃运行过程中所起的作用。
Low carbon olefins are an important cornerstone of modern petroleum and coal industries,and have been widely applied in various industries of social life.To reduce dependence on foreign oil,the methanol to olefins(MTO)process based on the coal route has received strong support from the state and enterprises.After decades of continuous research,researchers have found that catalysts and reaction process conditions are important factors affecting the selectivity of methanol to olefin products and the production capacity of the device.Combining the research progress of our team and recent research achievements in the field of MTO,the role of process conditions(reaction temperature,pressure,etc.)in the operation of methanol to olefins was discussed in detail.
