摘要
水系统作为甲醇制烯烃工业装置重要组成部分,解决其堵塞换热设备清洗频繁、塔盘压差高、浓缩水醛酮高难以有效利用等难点问题,对装置长周期运行具有重要意义。基于1.8×10^(6) t/a甲醇制烯烃工业装置自开车以来数年间的水系统运行情况,分析水系统问题的成因,通过前端预防、过程控制和末端治理三重手段解决了水系统存在的一系列行业共性问题。
As an important component of the methanol to olefin industrial unit,the water system solves the difficult problems of frequent cleaning caused by clogging of heat exchange equipment,high pressure difference caused by clogging of trays with oil and wax substances in water washing,and difficulty in effectively utilizing concentrated water aldehydes and ketones in the sewage stripping system.This is of great significance for the long-term operation of the unit.Based on the operation of the water system of a 1.8×10^(6) t/a methanol to olefin industrial unit over the years since its commissioning,this paper analyzes the causes of water system problems and solves a series of industry common problems in the water system through three measures:front-end prevention,process control,and end treatment.
