摘要
妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)是常见的孕期并发症之一,可导致GDM孕妇的子代出现畸形、肥胖及神经精神系统等发育异常。联合应用扩散加权成像、扩散张量成像、MR波谱成像、动脉自旋标记、定量磁敏感成像、任务态功能MRI等MRI技术可提高对GDM子代脑异常发育的检出,尤其联合影像组学和机器学习可进一步提高疾病诊断的准确性。综述GDM子代神经发育的MRI研究进展。
Gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)is one of the common complications during pregnancy,which can lead to various developmental abnormalities in offspring of GDM mothers,including deformities,obesity,and neuropsychiatric disorders.In recent years,the combined application of various MRI techniques has improved the detection of brain developmental abnormalities in offspring of GDM mothers.Techniques such as diffusion-weighted imaging,diffusion tensor imaging,MR spectroscopy,arterial spin labeling,quantitative magnetic susceptibility imaging,and task-based functional MRI have all contributed to this advancement.Additionally,the integration of radiomics and machine learning has further enhanced the accuracy of disease diagnosis.This review summarizes the progress in MRI research related to neurological development in offspring of mothers with GDM.
