摘要
以棉籽壳生物质炭(AC-CH)为研究对象,探讨了处理含铜废水的吸附性能。通过AC-CH的动态与静态正交吸附实验确定了AC-CH的最佳炭化条件,反应温度160℃,反应时间120 min,反应液固比15。实验结果表明,AC-CH对Cu ^(2+)的吸附主要以物理吸附为主,采用高锰酸钾对AC-CH进行改性,AC-CH与高锰酸钾改性试剂质量比为2∶1时,MAC-CH对Cu ^(2+)的最大吸附量达342.94 mg/g。
Using cottonseed hull biochar(AC-CH)as research object,the adsorption performance of copper-containing wastewater is discussed.The optimum carbonization conditions of AC-CH are determined by dynamic and static orthogonal adsorption experiments of AC-CH.The reaction temperature is 160℃,the reaction time is 120 min,and the liquid-solid ratio is 15.The experimental results show that the adsorption of Cu ^(2+)by AC-CH is mainly physical adsorption.AC-CH is modified by potassium permanganate.When the mass ratio of AC-CH and potassium permanganate modification reagent is 2∶1,the maximum adsorption capacity of MAC-CH for Cu ^(2+)is 342.94 mg/g.
