摘要
通过对中日社区成人教育发展的雏形期、发展期、转化期进行比较,探讨在不同社会背景下,教育政策、成人学习意愿、政府导向之间的关系。中日政府控制、民众意识及社会控制条件的变化,产生不同的教育行为,形成两国各自不同的社区成人教育形式。通过比较可知,中日社区成人教育在不同时期,民众行为诉求相同,随着社会变化,个体求知欲增强,成人教育概念的发起行为相同。在教育载体、教育对象的变化、政府角色等方面不同,研究二者的异同,可以探寻符合我国新时代发展中提高优质社区教育资源的因素。
By comparing the embryonic period,development period and transformation period of the development of community adult education in China and Japan,this paper discusses the relationship between educational policy,adult learning willingness and government orientation in different social backgrounds.The changes in government control,public consciousness and social control conditions in China and Japan have produced different educational behaviors,resulting in different forms of community adult education in the two countries.The comparison shows that in different periods of the community adult education in the two countries,the behavioral demands of the public are the same.With the change of society,the individuals’desire for knowledge is enhanced,and the initiation behavior of adult education concept is the same.The study of the differences in terms of the changes in educational carriers,educational objects and government roles can reveal the factors that are in line with the development of China in the new era and improve the quality of community education resources.
