摘要
构建科学合理的高校创新创业教育绩效评价指标体系,有助于推动我国创新创业教育健康、有序发展。高校创新创业教育是覆盖学校教育、政府政策、学生活动、社会企业参与等活动的系统工程,以协同治理理论为指导,以政府-学校、学校-学生、企业-学校、社会-学校为维度构建高校创新创业教育绩效评价指标体系。对指标体系进行问卷调查,共发放问卷1000份,回收有效问卷864份,运用SPSS25.0对指标体系进行探索性因子分析、验证、优化赋权。最后,基于评价模型的启示提出推进高校创新创业教育改革的相关策略。
Establishing a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation index system for innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is conducive to promoting the healthy and orderly development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China.In universities,innovation and entrepreneurship education is a systematic project covering school education,government policies,student activities,social enterprise participation,and other activities.Guided by the theory of collaborative governance,this paper constructs a performance evaluation index system for innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities along the dimensions of government-university,university-student,enterprise-university,and society-university relationships.A questionnaire survey is carried out on the index system,with 1,000 questionnaires distributed and 864 valid responses collected.SPSS 25.0 is used to perform exploratory factor analysis,validation,optimization and empowerment of the index system.Finally,based on the insights from the evaluation model,this paper puts forward relevant strategies to promote the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities.
