酒钢120吨转炉余热蒸汽在RH炉的应用和工艺优化

摘要 本文主要介绍了酒钢120吨转炉蒸汽在RH炉真空系统的应用和工艺优化。通过对转炉蒸汽利用过程和RH炉生产工艺蒸汽需求的分析,阐述了RH炉应用转炉蒸汽的特点和优势,针对应用中存在的蒸汽间歇性、供应不稳定、生产准备时间长等问题,从生产组织、工艺参数和岗位操作等方面提出了工艺优化措施,提高了蒸汽的利用效率,降低了生产成本。 The paper mainly introduces the application and process optimization of 120 ton converter steam in the RH furnace vacuum system in JISCO.By analyzing the utilization process of converter steam and the steam demand of RH furnace production process,the characteristics and advantages of using converter steam in RH furnace are expounded.In response to the problems of steam intermittency,unstable supply and long production preparation time in the application,process optimization measures are proposed from the aspects of production organization,process parameters and job operations,which improve the utilization efficiency of steam and reduce production costs.
