连铸中间包传热与优化设计

Heat Transfer and Optimization Design of Continuous Casting Tundish

摘要 本文通过提出一种中间包的优化方案,研究在中间包钢壳外添加两层钢板,并在两层钢板之间留有一定的缝隙,然后利用在缝隙中抽取真空的方法,形成钢板之间的真空层,并使用ANSYS Fluent模拟分析软件验证在不同真空层压力下中间包内钢液的温度以及中间包包壁的保温效果。结果表明该优化方案可以有效提高中间包的传热效率,减少能量损失,提高生产效率和钢水质量。 In this paper,by putting forward an optimization scheme of tundish,two layers of steel plates are added outside the tundish steel shell,and there is a certain gap between the two steel plates,and then the vacuum layer between the steel plates is formed by drawing vacuum in the gap.ANSYS Fluent simulation analysis software is used to verify the temperature of molten steel in the tundish and the thermal insulation effect of the tundish wall under different vacuum layer pressure.The results show that the optimization scheme can effectively improve the heat transfer efficiency of the tundish,reduce the energy loss,improve the production efficiency and the quality of molten steel.
