摘要
本文主要针对储运部原矿4B输送机在压料工况下无法启动的问题,探讨电动机稳定运行功率和压料启动功率的计算方法。通过不同方法的计算结果对比分析和生产运行情况验证,输送机在压料工况下的电动机启动功率在电动机总功率占比极高。因此,若输送机输送堆比重较大的物料时,需要应用不同方法核算电动机的启动功率,进而合理的选择电动机型号,减少输送机在压料工况下不能启动带来的问题。
This paper mainly focuses on the problem of the 4B raw ore conveyor in the storage and transportation department being unable to start under overload conditions,and explores the calculation methods for the stable operating power of the motor and the overload starting power.By comparing and analyzing the calculation results of different methods and verifying the production operation situation,it is found that the motor starting power of the conveyor under the overload condition accounts for a very high proportion of the total power of the motor.Therefore,if the conveyor transports materials with a high density,different methods need to be used to calculate the starting power of the motor,and then choose the appropriate motor model to reduce the problem of the conveyor unable to start under overload conditions.
