舰载新型电子装备基于性能的保障模式研究

Research on performance-based logistics mode for new shipborne electronic equipment

针对舰载新型电子装备因用装强度大、远离后方保障基地、技术先进、系统复杂等引起的保障难度大的问题,提出对该类型装备采用基于性能的保障模式的设想,分析采用该保障模式可能带来的主要变化、具体实施程序,探讨重点要考虑的问题和须加强的基础建设,对改进装备保障模式、充分发挥装备效能有较大的参考意义。

In response to the challenges of maintaining new shipborne electronic equipment due to high usage intensity,remoteness from logistics bases,advanced technology,and complex systems,the idea of adopting a performance-based logistics model(PBL)for this type of equipment is proposed.The paper analyzes the main changes that may come with the logistics model,the specific implementation procedures,and discusses the key issues to consider and the foundational improvements that need to be strengthened.It is of significant reference value for improving equipment logistics models and maximizing the effectiveness of the equipment.
