基于AHP层次分析法的新时代高校辅导员队伍素质能力提升路径研究——以南昌师范学院为例

A Study on the Pathwaysto Enhancing the Competence of University Counselors in the New Era Based on the AHP Method--A Case Study of Nanchang Normal University

在新时代背景下,高校辅导员肩负着为党和国家培养社会主义建设者的重大责任,承担高校政治思想理论教育的主要工作,提升高校辅导员队伍的整体素质,成为一项非常重要的任务。运用层次分析法,以南昌师范学院辅导员为研究对象,对他们的综合素质进行了科学的定性研究和定量分析,以期更好地评估辅导员的工作表现,并有助于提高辅导员的综合素质能力。辅导员队伍的素质能力建设,可从基本职业素质、职业兴趣素质、基本理论知识素质、育人与科研能力素质、心理健康素质和身体健康素质等着手。

Against the backdrop of the new era,college counselors bear the significant responsibility of cultivating future builders of socialism with Chinese characteristics for the Party and the country.They are entrusted with the major task of political and ideological education,and therefore,enhancing the overall quality of this team has become a very paramount task.Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),this study conducts a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the comprehensive competence of counselors at Nanchang Normal University.The goal is to better assess counselors'job performance and contribute to improving their overall professional capabilities.The enhancement of counselors'competence can be approached by focusing on six key areas:basic professional competence,vocational interest competence,fundamental theoretical knowledge,education and research competence,mental health,and physical well-being.
