基于数据挖掘技术分析针灸治疗多发性硬化的选穴规律

Acupoint Selection of Acupuncture and Moxibustion for MultipleSclerosis:A Study Based on Data Mining Techniques

目的运用数据挖掘技术分析针灸治疗多发性硬化(MS)的选穴规律。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(Wangfang)、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台(VIP)、PubMed数据库建库至2023年7月收录的针灸治疗MS的文献。采用Microsoft Excel 2021软件建立选穴数据库对腧穴进行描述性分析,采用SPSS Modeler 18.0 Apriori算法进行数据关联分析;采用Cytoscape 3.10.0软件绘制高频腧穴网络分析图;采用SPSS 26.0软件对高频腧穴进行聚类分析并绘制谱系图。结果共纳入24篇文献,获得处方18个,涉及腧穴52个,应用总频次174次;使用频次最高的三穴分别为三阴交、足三里、百会;最常选取的经络为督脉、足少阳及手足阳明经;选穴多分布在下肢及头面部;在腧穴配伍方面,足三里-百会的支持度最高;高频腧穴聚类分析可分为3个聚类群。结论现代针灸治疗MS时,以醒神益智、调和气血为原则,重用阳经,遵循远近配穴原则,核心处方为百会-足三里-三阴交-合谷-曲池,使用时仍需结合临床实际选取穴位。

Objective To analyze the acupoint selection rules of acupuncture and moxibustion formultiple sclerosis by data mining technology.Methods Literature regarding acupuncture for peripheral facial paralysis was retrieved in CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,and PubMed from built to July 2023.Microsoft Excel 2021 software was used to establish a database to conduct the descriptive analysis of acupoints.SPSS Modeler 18.0 Apriori algorithm was used to conduct association rule analysis.The high-frequency acupoint co-occurrence network diagrams were drawn by Cytoscape3.10.0 software.SPSS Statistics 26.0 software was used to perform hierarchical cluster analysis on high-frequency acupoints and a Pedigree diagram was drawn.Results Totally 24 articles were included,and 18 prescriptions of acupuncture and moxibustion were extracted,involving 52 acupoints,with a total frequency of 174 times.The top three acupoints with the highest frequency of use were Sanyinjiao(SP 6),Zusanli(ST 36)and Baihui(GV 20).The selected meridians were mainly the governor vessel,the foot shaoyangmeridians and yangming meridians.In terms of acupoint compatibility,Zusanli and Baihui had the highest support degree.The high-frequency acupoints could be divided into 3 effective clusters.Conclusion In modern acupuncture and moxibustion treatment formultiple sclerosis,the principle of awakening the spirit and regulating qi and blood,the use of yang meridian is emphasised,and the principle of distant and near matching points is followed.The core prescription is Baihui-Foot Sanli-Sanyinjiao-Hegu-Quchi,the use of which still needs to be combined with the clinical reality of the selection of acupoints..
