摘要
课题组依托PKPM-BIM、广联达BIM5D等软件,通过分析BIM5D技术在装配式实训教学楼设计与施工中的应用案例,详细介绍了装配式设计中工程拆分方案、构件深化设计、碰撞检查与优化和生产施工中的设计生产一体化、场地布置、施工模拟、成本控制等内容,明确了BIM5D技术在装配式建筑中的应用价值,对推动我国建筑信息化、工业化和管理精细化具有重要意义。
Relying on PKPM-BIM,Glodon BIM 5D and other software,by analyzing the application cases of BIM 5D technology in the design and construction of fabricated practical training teaching buildings,This paper introduces in detail the project splitting scheme,component deepening design,collision inspection and optimization,design and production integration,site layout,construction simulation and cost control in assembly design.The application value of BIM 5D technology in prefabricated buildings is clarified,which is of great significance for promoting building informatization,industrialization and fine management in China.
