基于磁化效应的输电杆塔角钢腐蚀缺陷检测方法

摘要 输电杆塔角钢在长期服役中易发生腐蚀,导致杆塔局部构件和整体结构的安全性和稳定性降低。因此,准确检测评估输电杆塔角钢腐蚀缺陷可以避免腐蚀造成的结构安全问题,具有重要研究意义。现有的杆塔腐蚀缺陷检测方法主要以人工评估为主,存在主观性强、随机性大等问题。另外,一些针对铁磁性材料的缺陷检测方法如超声检测、射线检测、涡流检测等,存在检测要求高、难以精准量化评估腐蚀缺陷的问题,无法广泛应用于环境复杂的实际工程。为解决上述问题,本文研究了一种基于磁化效应的输电杆塔角钢腐蚀缺陷检测方法。首先分析了输电杆塔角钢的腐蚀过程及磁化原理,研究了磁化效应下腐蚀角钢的空间磁场分布特征,最终提出了输电杆塔角钢腐蚀缺陷检测方法,并进行算例分析及实验验证。结果表明,本文提出方法可准确评估量化杆塔角钢的均匀腐蚀缺陷及裂纹腐蚀缺陷,实现输电杆塔不同类型腐蚀缺陷的准确检测,具有可靠性好、检测效率高等优点,对保护输电杆塔结构安全性和电力系统稳定性有重要意义。 The square steel of power transmission tower is prone to corrosion in long-term service,which leads to the reduction of safety and stability of local components and overall structure of the tower.Therefore,it is of great research significance to accurately detect and evaluate the corrosion defects of power transmission tower square steel to avoid the structural safety problems caused by corrosion.The existing tower corrosion defect detection methods are mainly based on manual evaluation,which has problems such as strong subjectivity and randomness.In addition,some corrosion detection methods for ferromagnetic materials,such as ultrasonic testing,radiographic testing,eddy current testing,etc.,have the problems of high detection requirements and difficulty in accurately quantifying corrosion defects,and cannot be widely used in practical projects with complex environments.In order to solve the above problems,this paper studies a method for detecting corrosion defects of angle steel of transmission tower based on magnetization effect.Firstly,the corrosion process and magnetization principle of transmission tower angle steel are analyzed,and the spatial magnetic field distribution characteristics of corroded angle steel under magnetization effect are studied.Finally,the detection method of corrosion defects of transmission tower angle steel is proposed,and the example analysis and experimental verification are carried out.The results show that the method proposed in this paper can accurately evaluate and quantify the corrosion defects of the angle steel of the tower,and realize the accurate detection of the corrosion defects of the transmission tower.It has the advantages of good reliability and high detection efficiency,and is of great significance to protect the structural safety of the transmission tower and the stability of the power system.
