基于GPRS网络的恶劣环境煤矿机电设备动态信息实时采集系统

摘要 煤矿机电设备动态信息是保证煤矿生产管理的核心依据,因此,为保证其动态信息采集的实时性,设计基于GPRS网络的恶劣环境煤矿机电设备动态信息实时采集系统。该系统的现场终端模块依据采集指令,通过控制器控制多通道采集卡,经由串口连接传感器感知煤矿机电设备数据;GPRS网络模块采用上行和下行的网络结构组建GPRS网络;依据网络的传输协议,将现场终端模块感知的所有数据传送至远程中心;远程中心对感知的数据进行备份存储。测试结果表明,该系统网络传输时的平均时延均低于1.74 s,可保证数据传输的实时性;系统性能的开动率均在94.8%以上,采集数据的乱序率均低于0.035%,为设备运行管理提供可靠依据。 The dynamic information of coal mine electromechanical equipment ensures the core basis of coal mine production management.Therefore,in order to ensure the real-time dynamic information collection,a real-time dynamic information acquisition system of coal mine electromechanical equipment in harsh environment based on GPRS network is designed.According to the acquisition instruction,the field terminal module of the system controls the multi-channel acquisition card through the controller,and connects the sensor through the serial port to sense the data of coal mine electromechanical equipment.GPRS network module adopts uplink and downlink network structure to form GPRS network.According to the transmission protocol of the network,all the data sensed by the field terminal module are transmitted to the remote center.The remote center backs up and stores the perceived data.The test results show that the average delay of network transmission of the system is less than 1.74 s,which can ensure the real-time data transmission.The starting rate of system performance is above 94.8%.The out-of-order rates of collected data are all below 0.035%,provide reliable basis for equipment operation management.
