家蚕抗血液型脓病新品种明湖春江的育成

Breeding of a New Silkworm Variety Minghuchunjiang with Resistance to Bombyx mori Nucleopolyhedrosis

摘要 针对农村蚕桑生产中血液型脓病危害严重的现状,利用抗病种质资源,通过杂交和回交的方法选育出抗血液型脓病的家蚕四元杂交新品种明湖春江。国家和浙江省实验室鉴定结果显示,明湖春江4龄起蚕虫蛹率、出丝率与秋丰×白玉(对照)相仿,万蚕产茧量分别比对照提高8.78%、11.25%;解舒丝长达900 m以上,超过对照;洁净高于94分。国家和浙江省农村生产试验的张种产茧量分别比对照提高15.36%、11.06%,健蛹率与对照相仿。抗血液型脓病检测结果表明,家蚕核型多角体病毒(Bombyx mori nucleopolyhedrosis,BmNPV)对明湖春江的LC50值为3.102×10^(8)mL^(-1),对照为2.085×10^(6)mL^(-1)。新品种于2022年5月通过浙江省主要农作物品种审定委员会审定,并于2022年12月通过国家畜禽遗传资源委员会审定。该品种适合在长江流域和黄河流域秋期饲养。 In response to the serious threat of nucleopolyhedrosis to rural cocoon production,a new quaternary silkworm variety Minghuchunjiang with resistance to Bombyx mori nucleopolyhedrosis(BmNPV)was bred through hybridization and backcrossing methods,utilizing disease-resistant germplasm resources.The identification results of national and Zhejiang provincial laboratories showed that,compared with the control variety Qiufeng×Baiyu,the larva-pupa survival rate and raw silk rate of fresh cocoons of Minghuchunjiang were almost the same,while the cocoon production per 10000 larvae increased by 8.78%and 11.25%,respectively.The length of non-broken filament was over 900 m,both longer than those of the control variety.The neatness score was higher than 94 points.In the rural production test of the nation and Zhejiang Province,the cocoon yield per box of eggs of Minghuchunjiang were 15.36%and 11.06%higher than those of the control variety,respectively,while the healthy pupa rate were almost the same.The results of BmNPV resistance test showed that the LC 50 of BmNPV to Minghuchunjiang was 3.012×10^(8)mL^(-1),while the LC 50 of BmNPV to the control variety was 2.085×10^(6)mL^(-1).The new variety Minghuchunjiang was approved by the Crop Variety Evaluation Committee of Zhejiang Province and National Livestock and Poultry Genetic Resources Committee in May and December of 2022,respectively.It is suitable for autumn rearing both in the areas of the Yangtze River and the Yellow River valleys.
