考虑数据中心用能时间可调特性的综合能源系统能源站规划

摘要 随着数字时代的到来,数据中心规模不断扩大,能耗迅速增长。在综合能源系统背景下,如何科学有效地利用数据中心用能时间可调特性,以提高设备利用率并优化资源配置,成为了一个亟待深入研究的问题。在充分考虑电/气/热/冷多能转换互补和能量流与数据流深度耦合的基础上,提出了一种考虑数据中心用能时间可调特性的综合能源系统能源站规划方法。该方法以年综合成本最小为目标,对站内能源设备容量和数据中心服务器数量进行协同规划。根据是否考虑数据中心用能时间可调特性以及是否对数据中心产生的废热进行余热回收,设置了4个不同场景进行对比分析。最后通过算例验证了考虑数据中心用能时间可调特性在提高设备利用率、降低投资成本和购能成本等方面的积极作用。 With the advent of the digital age,the scale of data centers continues to expand,and the energy consumption increases rapidly.Under the background of integrated energy system,how to scientifically and effectively use the adjustable characteristics of data center energy consumption time,improve the utilization rate of equipment and optimize the allocation of resources has become a problem that needs to be further studied.Based on the multi-energy conversion complementarity of electricity/gas/heat/cold and the deep coupling of energy flow and data flow,an energy station planning method of integrated energy system considering the time-adjustable characteristics of energy consumption in data centers is proposed.The capacity of energy equipment in the station and the number of data center servers are coordinated planning with the goal of minimum annual comprehensive cost.Four different scenarios are set for comparative analysis according to whether to consider the adjustable feature of the energy consumption time of the data center and whether to recover the waste heat generated by the data center.An example is given to verify the positive effect of considering the adjustable feature of data center energy consumption time in improving equipment utilization and reducing investment cost and purchasing cost.
