摘要
基于机器视觉的变电站检修技术,通过重构变电站结构能够有效检测工作人员与高压设备之间的安全距离,提高检修工作的可靠性并保障人员的安全性。在进行变电站检修工作时需综合考虑安全距离、相机采集信息的范围、相机与检修设备之间的距离等因素。首先,基于张正友标定法,分析采集到的图像中的坐标与世界坐标之间的关系;然后,根据相机的精度、景深等参数,结合张正友标定法获得的坐标转换矩阵,精确计算出相机与检修设备之间的最佳距离;最后,搭建模型验证了算法的有效性。
Machine vision-based substation inspection can reconstruct the structure of substations,detect the safe distance between workers and high-voltage equipment,enhance the reliability of inspection work,and ensure personnel safety.Substation inspection work needs to consider factors such as safe distances,the range of cameracollected information,and the distance between the camera and inspection equipment.Firstly,based on Zhang Zhengyou's calibration method,the relationship between the coordinates captured in images and the world coordinates is analyzed.Then,considering parameters such as camera accuracy and depth of field,a coordinate transformation matrix is obtained using Zhang Zhengyou's calibration method to determine the optimal distance between the camera and inspection equipment.Finally,a model to validate the algorithm's effectiveness is constructed.
