摘要
设计与生产了涤纶/醋酸纤维四面弹面料。所用涤纶/醋酸纤维混纺纱使用低温染色工艺和低温烘燥工艺,以防止醋酸纤维脆化;纱线通道光洁,可减少醋酸纤维磨损;浆液呈弱酸性,可防止醋酸纤维性能和结构被损坏;生产中面料不能叠压,以免产生折痕;织机停台后再开机前,需手动放掉一圈纬纱,以避免氨纶丝裸露。再通过工艺优化,使用变化的辅喷隔距,提高压缩空气对纬纱的控制力;延长纬纱可飞行角度,保证纬纱有足够的飞行时间;增大长纬、短纬纬纱检测器间距,减少长纬停台。经测试,面料的平均生产效率达到90.2%,生产可顺利进行。
One kind of polyester/acetate four-way stretch blended fabric is designed and produced. Low-temperature dyeing and low-temperature drying are carried out on the polyester/acetate blended yarn to prevent the acetate from embrittlement. By ensuring smooth yarn channel, reduce the acetate abrasion. The pH value of the glue size used is weak acid, which can prevent the property and structure of acetate from being damaged. Fabric should not be stacked during production to avoid creases. Before starting the loom again after stopping, it is necessary to manually release one round of weft yarn to avoid exposing the spandex fibers. Through process optimization and the use of variable auxiliary spray spacing, the control force of compressed air on the weft yarn can be improved. Extend the flying angle of the weft yarn to ensure sufficient flying time. Increase the spacing between the detectors for long and short weft yarns, and reduce the stopping time for long weft yarns. After testing, the average production efficiency of the fabric reached 90.2%, and production can be proceeded smoothly.
