中国中小学生健康素养状况的Meta分析

摘要 采用Meta分析对我国中小学生健康素养状况进行系统评价,了解我国中小学生健康素养变化趋势,为今后的相关研究和学校健康教育工作提供循证依据.采用主题词和自由词联合检索方式,检索中国知网、Web of ScienceTM等国内外数据库,时间跨度从建库到2022年4月1日,共纳入文献34篇.采用STATA 15.1版本进行Meta分析.纳入文献的总样本量为84753人,总体健康素养具备率小学生50%,初中生45%,高中生38%.Meta回归分析显示:调查时间、测量工具和调查地区是小学健康素养研究文献间的异质性来源;测量工具和调查地区是初中和高中健康素养研究文献的异质性来源.结果显示,我国中小学生健康素养的总体水平高于城市居民健康素养水平.但是中小学生健康素养的调查结果在不同测量工具和不同调研地区间具有较大的差异,在后续的研究中应采用网状Meta分析进行多重比较. The study systematically evaluated the health literacy of primary and middle school students in China.The purpose of this study is to understand the changing trend of health literacy level of primary and secondary school students in China,and to provide an evidence-based foundation for relevant research in the future.CNKI,Web of Science TM database were searched.The time span of 34 articles collected in this study is from the establishment of the database to April 1,2022.Meta-analysis was performed using Stata version 15.1.The total sample size of the research included in the literature was 84753.The overall health literacy rate was 50%for primary school students,45%for middle school students and 38%for high school students.Meta regression results showed that the survey time,measurement tools and survey area were the sources on heterogeneity among the literature on primary school health literacy.Measurement tools and survey areas are the sources of heterogeneity in the research literature on health literacy in junior middle school and senior high school.The health literacy level of primary and middle school students in China is increasing.The survey results of primary and secondary school students’health literacy have great differences between different measurement tools and different research areas.In follow-up research,it is worth using mesh Meta-analysis for multiple comparisons and in-depth analysis.
