摘要
在技术决定论视角下,生成式人工智能技术会推动人力资源管理迈向招聘与管理智能化、培训与发展适配化、评估与预测自动化。然而,生成式人工智能在人力资源管理领域的现实应用也会带来隐私暴露、秩序混乱、主体破坏三大风险,包括数据泄露、信息侵犯、算法偏见、决策模糊、依赖过度以及忽略现实。为应对上述风险,应采取加强数据保护、提高透明度、建立伦理审查机制等防范措施。
From the perspective of technological determinism,generative artificial intelligence technology will drive human resource management towards intelligent recruitment and management,adaptive training and development,and automated evaluation and prediction.However,the practical application of generative artificial intelligence in the field of human resource management also brings three major risks:privacy exposure,order chaos,and subject destruction,including data leakage,information infringement,algorithm bias,decision ambiguity,excessive dependence,and ignoring reality.To address these risks,preventive measures should be taken such as strengthening data protection,enhancing transparency,and establishing an ethical review mechanism.
