摘要
为提高肾脏移植质量和移植肾长期存活,规范国内肾脏移植手术管理,帮助医师在肾脏移植临床实践中做出规范决策,中华医学会器官移植学分会组织相关领域专家制订了《中国肾脏移植术前准备操作指南(2023版)》。该指南根据肾脏移植技术的相关指南、操作规范和最新的国内外循证医学证据制定,希望能为肾脏移植术前准备临床工作提供指引。
To enhance the quality of renal transplantation and improve the long-term survival of transplanted kidneys,standardize renal transplantation management in China,and assist physicians in making standardized decisions in clinical practice,the Organ Transplantation Branch of the Chinese Medical Association has convened experts in the field to develop the"Chinese guidelines for preoperative preparation in kidney transplantation(2023 edition)"These guidelines are formulated based on the relevant management practices,guidelines,operational norms of kidney transplantation technology,and the latest domestic and international evidence-based medical evidence.They aim to provide comprehensive guidance for clinical preoperative preparation in kidney transplantation.
