振动筒传感器自动增益谐振电路仿真设计和测试

摘要 基于结型场效应管(JFET)可变电阻区和夹断区的特性,对振动筒传感器自动增益谐振电路进行仿真设计和测试。重点论述了激励信号占空比与振动筒电气特性的关系,自动增益控制谐振电路的实现方式和谐振电路激励端输出信号的波形、幅值和占空比设计思路。通过对振动筒的激励信号波形、幅值和占空比的设计,有效提高了传感器性能稳定和输出信号质量。 Based on characteristics of variable resistance region and the central break region of junction field effect transistor(JFET),the automatic gain resonant circuit of vibrator cylinder sensor is simulated and tested.The relationship between the duty ratio of excitation signal and the electrical characteristics of vibration cylinder,implementation mode of automatic gain control resonant circuit and design idea of the waveform,amplitude and duty ratio of the output signal at the excitation end of resonant circuit are discussed emphatically.By designing the excitation signal waveform,amplitude and duty cycle of the vibration cylinder,the stability of the sensor and the quality of the output signal are improved effectively.
