摘要
该试验旨在探索不同饲养模式对土鸡成活率、免疫球蛋白、抗体效价及免疫器官指数的影响。选择50日龄健康土鸡180只,平均分为地面平养组、林下放养I组和林下放养II组。结果显示,120日龄时林下放养I组累积成活率达95%,其他2组均为88.3%。90日龄和120日龄时林下放养I组和II组血清IgA、IgM含量,H5亚型AIV抗体滴度均显著高于地面平养组(P<0.01或P<0.05),90日龄时林下放养I组NDV抗体滴度与地面平养组差异不显著。林下放养I组胸腺指数显著高于林下放养II组(P<0.05),且这2组脾脏指数均极显著高于地面平养组(P<0.01),所有组法氏囊指数均无显著关系。林下放养模式下,种草能提高土鸡存活率,免疫功能与林下自由放养差异不大,均优于地面平养模式。
This experiment was conducted to explore the effects of different feeding modes on the survival rate,immunoglobulin,antibody titer and immune organ index of native chickens.A total of 18050-day-old healthy native chickens were selected and divided into ground level group,understory stocking group I and understory stocking group II.The results showed that the survival rate of understory stocking group I was 95%at 120 days of age,and that of the other two groups was 88.3%.At 90 and 120 days of age,the contents of serum IgA,IgM,and the antibody titers of H5 subtype AIV in understory stocking group I and group II were significantly higher than those in the ground level group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).At 90 days of age,the antibody titer of NDV in understory stocking group I was not significantly different from that in the ground group.The thymus index of understory stocking group I was significantly higher than that of group II(P<0.05),and the spleen index of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the ground level group(P<0.01).There was no significant relationship between bursal index in all groups.Planting grass could improve the survival rate of native chickens,and the immune function was not significantly different from that of free stocking under the forest,which was better than that of ground level raising mode.
