我国钢铁行业债券市场融资分析与建议

ANALYSIS AND SUGGESTIONS ON FINANCING OF BOND MARKET IN CHINA'S IRON AND STEEL INDUSTRY

通过分析2014~2023年钢铁行业债券发行情况,发现存在钢铁行业债券净融资额波动较大、净融资规模下降、特定品种债券快速扩容的现状,提出了积极发行创新品种、灵活运用可转债及可交债等融资方式的建议,希望能为钢铁企业债券融资提供一定的启示与帮助。

This article mainly analyzes the bond issuance of the iron and steel industry in 2014~2023,finds that the net financing amount of the steel industry bonds fluctuates greatly,the net financing scale declines,and the expansion of specific types of bonds.Suggestions are put forward for actively issuing innovative varieties and flexibly using convertible bonds and exchangeable bond as financing methods,hoping to provide some inspiration and assistance for the financing of steel enterprise bonds.
