山东省农业保险运行效率及影响因素分析——基于DEA和Tobit模型

Analysis of Operation Efficiency and Influencing Factors of Agricultural Insurance in Shandong Province:Based on DEA and Tobit Models

采用DEA-BCC模型和Tobit模型,对山东省农业保险运行效率及影响因素进行研究。结果表明:山东省农业保险综合效率总体较好,农业保险纯技术效益已经达到最优状态,持续扩大普惠农业保险责任和保险标的的适用范围,阶梯式提升农户收入,有利于乡村振兴宏伟目标的实现;风险保额过度提升会增加农业生产对于农业保险的依赖程度,农田成灾面积与农业保险效率呈负相关关系。

DEA-BCC model and Tobit model were used to study the operational efficiency and influencing factors of agricultural insurance in Shandong Province.The results show that the comprehensive efficiency of agricultural insurance in Shandong Province is generally good,the pure technical benefits of agricultural insurance have reached the optimal state,the scope of application of inclusive agricultural insurance insurance liability and insurance subject matter is continuously expanded,and the income of farmers is increased in a stepwise manner,which is conducive to the realization of the grand goal of rural revitalization.Excessive increase in the amount of risk insurance will increase the dependence of agricultural production on agricultural insurance,and the disaster area of farmland is negatively correlated with the efficiency of agricultural insurance.
