白桦脂醇的药理作用及其机制研究进展

摘要 总结归纳近年来白桦脂醇的药理作用及其机制研究,以期为白桦脂醇进一步开发和应用提供理论依据。白桦脂醇主要是从桦树皮中提取出来的三萜类化合物,其抗肿瘤活性较为突出,相关的分子作用机制主要为阻滞肿瘤细胞周期,抑制细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭,以及诱导细胞凋亡。此外白桦脂醇还可通过多途径、多环节及多靶点发挥抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒、抗氧化、神经保护、肝保护、心血管保护、皮肤保护、抗糖尿病及并发症、杀虫、抗疟疾及抗胆结石等多重药理作用。 The pharmacological effects and mechanisms of betulin in recent years were summarized,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the further development and application of betulin.Betulin is a triterpenoid compound mainly extracted from birch bark,and its anti-tumour activity is relatively prominent,and the related molecular mechanism of action is mainly to block the tumour cell cycle,inhibit cell proliferation,migration and invasion,and induce cell apoptosis.In addition,betulin can play multiple pharmacological roles such as anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,antiviral,antioxidant,neuroprotective,hepatoprotective,cardiovascular protective,skin protective,antidiabetic and its complications,insecticidal,anti-malarial,and anti-cholestone etc.through multi-pathway,multi-link and multi-target.
