摘要
系统地整理了7种前胡习用品种的药用植物分布和资源概况、植物药材和饮片性状分类特征以及化学药理作用方面的研究进展。白花前胡、紫花前胡、硬前胡(包括华北前胡和/或少毛北前胡)的化学成分和药理研究较深入,而华中前胡、毛前胡、长前胡与旱前胡(羽苞拟藁本)的化学成分和药理作用研究相对较少,可进一步深入研究,扩大前胡类习用药材的资源药用价值。
The distribution and resource overview of medicinal plants,classification characteristics of plant medicinal materials and decoction pieces,and research progress on chemical pharmacological effects of seven commonly used varieties of Qianhu(Peucedanum)were systematically summarized.The chemical composition and pharmacological research of Baihua Qianhu(Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn),Zihua Qianhu[Angelica decursiva(Miquel)Franchet&Savatier],and Yingqianhu{including Huabei Qianhu(Peucedanum harry-smithii Fedde ex Wolff)and/or Shaomao Beiqianhu[Peucedanum harry-smithii Fedd.ex Wolff var.subglabrum(Shan et.Sheb)Shan et.Sheb]}are relatively in-depth,while the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Huazhong Qianhu(Peucedanum medicum Dunn),Maoqianhu[Ligusticopsis brachyloba(Franch.)Leute],Changqianhu(Peucedanum turgeniifolium Wolff),and Hanqianhu[Ligusticopsis daucoides(Franch.)Lavrova et Kljuykov]are relatively less studied.Further in-depth research can be conducted to expand the resource medicinal value of common Qianhu medicinal materials.
