摘要
瑞马唑仑是一种新型苯二氮类药物,具有起效快、恢复快、对血流动力学影响较小等特性,可以安全地应用于胃肠镜检查、ICU镇静、全身麻醉的诱导以及维持等。本文主要对瑞马唑仑在全身麻醉中的临床应用研究进展进行综述。
Remimazolam is a new benzodiazepine,which has the characteristics of rapid onset,rapid recovery and small impact on hemodynamics.Remimazolam can be safely applied in gastroenteroscopy,ICU sedation,and induction and maintenance of general anesthesia,etc.In this paper,the research progress in the clinical application of remimazolam in general anesthesia was reviewed.
