乳腺癌患者术后功能锻炼依从性的潜在剖面分析

Potential Profile Analysis of Postoperative Functional Exercise Compliance in Patients With Breast Cancer

目的了解乳腺癌患者术后功能锻炼依从性的潜在类别,分析不同类别乳腺癌患者特征。方法便利抽样法选取2021年6月—2023年6月桂林市人民医院、桂林医学院第二附属医院收治的268例乳腺癌患者为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、乳腺癌患者术后功能锻炼依从性量表、上肢功能障碍评定简表、社会支持评定量表及Champion健康信念模式量表进行调查。通过对乳腺癌患者术后功能锻炼依从性的潜在剖面进行分析,得出这些群体在功能锻炼的依从性。结果研究识别出乳腺癌3种截然不同的剖面,其术后功能锻炼依从性的关键因素包括辅助锻炼工具的使用情况、上肢功能障碍的程度、社会支持的力度以及患者对健康的认知及信念(P<0.05)。未使用辅助用具明显提升乳腺癌患者术后功能锻炼依从性障碍(OR=5.634,P<0.001),而上肢功能障碍越严重,依从性则表现越差(OR=0.758,P<0.001)。结论乳腺癌患者术后功能锻炼依从性具有3个潜在剖面,可以从改善患者辅助用具、上肢功能障碍、社会支持及健康信念方面入手,进而促进其功能锻炼。

Objective To understand the potential categories of postoperative functional exercise compliance in patients with breast cancer and analyze the characteristics of different categories of breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 268 patients with breast cancer from Guilin People's Hospital and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical College from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected by convenient sampling method.General data questionnaire,functional exercise compliance scale of breast cancer patients after surgery,upper limb dysfunction assessment scale,social support assessment scale and Champion health belief model scale were used to investigate.The potential profile was used to analyze the functional exercise compliance of breast cancer patients,and adherence of these groups in functional exercise was obtained.Results The study identified three distinct profiles of breast cancer,and the key factors of postoperative functional exercise adherence included the use of auxiliary exercise tools,the degree of upper limb dysfunction,the strength of social support,and the patients'perception and belief in health(P<0.05).Non-use of auxiliary tools significantly improved the dysfunction of functional exercise compliance in patients with breast cancer after surgery(OR=5.634,P<0.001),and the more severe the upper limb dysfunction,the worse the compliance(OR=0.758,P<0.001).Conclusion There are three potential profiles of functional exercise compliance in patients with breast cancer after surgery,which can be improved from the aspects of auxiliary tools,upper limb dysfunction,social support and health belief to promote functional exercise.
